I have a plex account… with an old email address… trying to change the email/login to current email address… it says the new email address is already taken… I believe that I logged in through google, which set up another account under the new current email address…now plex will not let me change my old account to current… I deleted the “new” account… yet plex still says that this accoint is taken… I cannot get into my current email /plex account… only the old… and I cannot change the old email address to the current
After deleting an account, you will have to wait 31 days until the associated email address is “released”.
So wait 31 days, then try again to change the email.
And don’t login using your google account in the meantime.
