I'm just so confused...lost my server

Newest versions, newly installed everything.

Out of the clear blue it says my desktop is unavailable on plex. I am hosting it on my computer, so I have no clue how plex couldn’t find it. I think to delete it and then restart it to fix, but after deleting the server I sincerely can’t find how to re-enable it. So I guess my question is how do I re-enable a server that was deleted? Or how do I start a new server so I can just start fresh?

Where did you delete the server?
Did you uninstall it from the Windows Apps control panel?
Or did you remove it from here: https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/devices/pms ?

If it was the latter, then you forcefully removed the server from your plex account.
You need to bring it back, by performing this procedure: https://support.plex.tv/articles/204281528-why-am-i-locked-out-of-server-settings-and-how-do-i-get-in/

When it said the server was unreachable I clicked the drop-down and deleted it. I tried following the steps but “PlexOnlineHome” was no where to be seen but I still removed the others. Upon logging in the missing server is still gone. Also I don’t know if this is important but I have someone sharing their libraries with me. I wish I could just start a new one to be honest but I don’t see the option.

This is where it used to say “DESKTOP-xxx” and now it only says the name of the guy sharing his libraries with me.

Please perform the procedure again.
Use an ‘incognito’ web browser window to do it.
If you use 3rd-party antivirus and firewall software, disable it during the procedure.

It says to use the local link, but it appears to be dead. When I try http://127.0.0.1:32400/web it just says it couldn’t be reached.

If you can’t reach the local web app, then the server software appears to be not running. Try re-installing it. And of course start it from the start menu.
