Server deleted

Hi,

By mistake I deleted the server from my account and now I don’t know how to access the files I had shared.

Could you help me?

Thank you so much

Server Version#: 1.30.2.6563-3d4dc0cce
Player Version#:

Do you mean you removed the server from your “Authorized devices” list? If so, just go through the routine of claiming your server again. If PMS was off when you deleted the device, you may need some manual intervention. Why am I locked out of Server Settings and how do I get in? | Plex Support

The problem is that I can’t see my server in my account.
How can I add a new library?

Claim your server again, which means signing into it, which adds it to your account. ( this is different than signing into the web app player

You may just need to restart your server. or go thought the steps in the article linked.

Hi again,

Thank you for answering me.

Sorry but I don’t know how to claim my server o how to sign it. When I close the Plex Media Server app and then I start it I can’t see my local server.

Thank you again.

Regards

Use the direct link to the server: http://[Local Plex Media Server IP Address]:32400/web

When I go to that link I can see the adjunt capture, but I don’t see any option to create my local server again or to add libraries

This is your local server.

Perform this procedure to connect it again to your plex.tv account: You need to reclaim your server, but don't dare to touch the Windows Registry

In the top right you should be able to logout/login

I tried to execute the file .exe but I couldn’t… I need .net framework in order to execute it. I tried to download it but when I was goint to install it I get an error…
Is there another option?

Yes, Methods 2 and 2.2 in the same post.

Thank you so much!

I get it!

Regards
