I’ve asked a couple of times over the last couple of weeks for some help with a Plex issue I’m having but I’m getting no replies or answers. Just wondering if I’m doing something wrong?

Hi, I have had my Plex Media Server installed on an old laptop and I’ve just bought a new Nvidia Shield Pro. I’m trying to set up the Shield with my server and I’ve got the Plex app running on the shield. When I try to set up the libraries by logging in to the app.plex.tv/web, from another computer, I’m getting an error message that says “app.plex.tv is unable to connect to “SHIELD Android TV” securely”.
