iMac plex server - generating a movie list

I have had a major loss in my movies on my external hard drive - i don’t want to re-scan or upgrade plex. At the moment plex is displaying what movies I had - i’m trying to generate a list from all for forums and reads i dont seem to be able to get this to work using scanner? so under /Applications/Plex Home Theatre.app/Contents/MacOS - nothing in there that suggest using the command line for scanner to produce output into a .txt file… so little confused and lost. Anyone know how to create a listing from the database of the movies?

I’d also recommend checking your Server settings to make sure you have Empty Trash unchecked otherwise if a scan does occur, your library will delete those missing entries before you even had the chance to save the listings. Just make sure you have the box below empty and hit SAVE CHANGES to confirm.
