Having the same issue.
iPhone SE (iOS 13.6.1) with Plex App v. 7.5.1 looks like this:

Plex dev mentoined it is a server issue.
Tested this on an old iPad 2 (iOS 9.3.5) with an old Plex app (Build 15522) and it looks like this:
So this is clearly an app issue. Tested with Anroid devices, Webplayer and iOS devices. IMDb badge isn’t showing on v. 7.5.1 anymore.
RT ratings are working, but I prefer IMDb.
