Plex does not correctly show IMDB ratings for 2 of my movies. Blade Runner 2049 and Moana. Every time I try to match them with Plex Movie Agent, it always leaves blank field with no star rating or percentage, like this: http://prntscr.com/ijlmlx
On the other hand, Rotten Tomatoes ratings show correctly. Usually when I don’t get IMDB ratings, I just refresh metadata for that particular movie a couple of times, but this time even after 100 refreshes, IMDB rating does not show. This only happens to 2 of my movies from whole library. Blade Runner 2049 and Moana. I tried Plex Dance 5 times now, deleted and re-added both movies, manually match it with wrong movie (which showed IMDB rating) and re-match it with correct one (again no rating). Nothing worked. I added today Thor Ragnarok and it correctly showed IMDB rating, so why are those 2 movies hardstuck on not showing it?

It always shows rating as 0.0 while if I check any other movie, it correctly displays IMDB rating in numbers.
What else can I try? Any help would be appreciated.
