My main problem is, there are some contents (mostly from my country of origin) which are not tracked by the PlexTraktSync service. I believe I’ve found the common denominator, and typically, the IMDb and TMDb IDs are missing in each case. Only the TVDB ID was successfully matched. However, the content is listed on both IMDb and TMDb. How could I fix this?

It could be too new. You linked an episode that just came out a few days ago.
Would you show us the Plex XML for that show S01E01 something from S02 or S03 please so we can confirm?

When I look at the TVDB page for that show, it correctly links to IMDB and TMDB. Usually in that case it’s only a matter of time before a Refresh Metadata on the series will fill out your XML.

All these episodes are indeed matched.
You can even see the TVDB IDs in the XML.

Now why your 3rd-party script doesn’t work with them, I don’t know.

Solved it. The problem was TMDB not having TheTVDB IDs filled.
