Working for me now, It appears that even though you have the latest server version it will not always show up. Maybe a roll out? I definitely did not have it yesterday and with zero change I have it today.

It is there, but you have to access it by going to http://app.plex.tv.
Hey @elan Now that this is implemented in Version 1.15.4.993 do I get my vote back? 
If you go to the top of the page where it says voted and click on it, you actually can remove your vote (if you like).
