Many discs include one or more music videos as part of their extra features. Currently I’m categorizing them as Shorts and including “Music Video” in the name. It happens often enough that it seems like an Extra Type of Music Video would make sense.
I’d like this too - ideally the same music video, lyric video, and live music video types that are available for the music libraries.

While it’s not officially documented… you can actually do that with Plex as-is.
The local extras tags and folders for album/artist extras appear to apply to movie / tv-show libraries as well.
Some examples for music videos, lyrics videos, live music videos and even concerts 
Therefore I’m tempted to consider this “implemented”
