Another vote for password protecting to keep kids from getting into sections or ratings that aren't appropriate for them. I need to be able to separate out the adult and kids content and be assured that early on a Saturday morning while I'm trying to sleep in my 8 year old isn't putting on the walking dead for him and his younger siblings!
+100 for password protection (have anyone considered that there might be more people in LAN, than you want to access your server?)
+1 for multiuser - useful.
you guys should actually vote for this then, read the sticky at the top of the forum to see how to do that.

Face palm.....
I would definitely vote for this feature. Would make plex so much better.

Blocking should not be by section, that becomes ridiculously cumbersome with a large library. It should be based on content ratings (that could be changed, if necessary)
Face palm.....
Sorry for that, I'm french... I need to improve my inglish :) but I would at least understand what means: "face palm" :))))
This has now been implemented. However question, as it is for PlexPass only...
Is that applied to the server level, or the user level?
Eg. I have 4 housemates, two of which are Plex Pass users. Will I still see the On Deck sections of those that are not part of Plex Pass?
Edit I want to find something out before I give definitive answer

It looks like it's applied on a server level. I logged in as a non plexpass user and it had its own on deck entries.

No, every myPlex account is a user, each user has their own "stuff"

Thanks guys, exactly what I wanted to hear!
This is certainly not how i thought multiuser is going to be implemented....
With 2 kids, that dont have dedicated sections ( their movies are mixed in with ours ) and no email addresses ( obviously, they are 3 yrs old ) I'm not sure how to use this....
Is sync with different myPLex accounts on LOCAL NETWORK working ?
Wasn't this kind of "multiuser" support already possible before ? (ie. create fake myPLex accounts and share the given sections ....)
Maybe (hopefully) I'm missing something here ....

How does the multiuser actually work?
The only 'multiuser' I cared about, or understood was being 'implemented' was everyone in my household having their own 'On Deck/Recently Added' sections and their own 'Watched/Unwatched' flags under a myPlex account.
I'm sure more (including the Parental Controls) will be trickled down slowly for V1.0
As for Sync, it is per device, which excluding families with kids - is multi-user.
Sharing sections with users did exactly that, it enabled 'Remote' functionality - however their On-deck items still appeared for me.
Can you sync files from PMS that's signed in as USER1 to an iPad that's signed in with USER2 ?
If not then Sync isnt multi-user and as explained by Trudge, this is the case currently.

So can we select which videos to show, or which videos not to show in this latest release or not?
AFAIK, No. Only thing you can do is group all videos you WANT to share with someone into one section and let them see just that one section.
