I'm adding my vote for this feature. I'm learning German and to be able to easily find German movies/tv in my library will be helpful.
I am also adding my vote for this! Adding the ability to filter out content based on either available audio languages or available subtitle languages would be very helpful.
You would think that anything them implement in their API that their own web client would at least implement at the same time to show it off, as many other clients offer their features based on the Plex web client in some cases.
If Plex will not implement the feature themselves in their own clients why would anyone else?
WHy is plex ignore this request to get this API calls into their clients?
Same Problem, friends, family coming over love my Cinema set-up, but very soon comes the question ok which movies do you have in XY language or with subtitle languages XY.
Pretty embarrassing for me and for Plex.
Need a filter or global setting to just show those selected in PHT.

Somehow this is very disappointing for all international users of Plex. The feature request is pending over three years now! The server API has been extended to provide the required meta data over two years ago and none (!) of the clients make use of it! Is it really that hard to implement such a filter?

Filtering on subtitles is a must, I can live with the audio though that would be great also.
My parents does not speak or read english very good, so for that reason it would be awesome to be able to set their account to only show content that has subtitles in their locale.
Guess it’s also good for kids, filtering stuff that’s only available with the correct subtitle or even in their native tongue.
I understand you guys got tons of stuff to implement and bugs to squash. But for me this is a major thing that I can’t believe is not implemented yet…

Come on!!! there are studio, rating, resolution, etc… how is it there is no audio filter after all this time, I don’t get it…
This would be very usefull. Normally I watch movies and shows in english, but when we have visitors it would be nice to filter for our native language.
waiting for this apparently simple feature for over 4 years now. unbelievable! very disappointing though…
+1 I would really like this feature as well. I never had subtitles, but my wife English is second language so having the subs is really good for her. I have started to ensure all my movies have subtitles now, but it would be great to filter my movies based on not having a subtitle so I can go back and start to slowly add them!

Given the mature state of Plex, that feature is a must. It really shouldn’t be hard to implement, and it’s been bugging lots of people for a long time.

Cannot figure out how this has not been added yet. If the API has the feature, why hasn’t it made it’s way into the clients yet?
