It would be very helpful to have a “Date Track Added.” I have numerous playlists that I like to have with recent music and brand new music I add.
I like the “Date Album Added” but this is problematic when you make tweaks or adjustments to your library. Now old albums that I had on my library need tweaks to match with Plex, they show as new to my library. A simple “Date Track Added” would eliminate this issue.

Just to clarify you are asking for that to be an option for custom filters?
I am looking for the ability to filter individual songs by date the TRACK was added to Plex. Similarly to how you can filter by album.
I know you can sort by date song added but I want a filter. So I know the information key is there, just need it added for filtering ability.
As mentioned, I have a 40k song library and now importing it over to Plex, and there is some “cleanup” to get the songs, artists, albums to match and when I do, the albums get added as new albums. Which is fine, but I would like to have the track added so the albums can change all they want, but the date the track was added shouldnt ever change. That would allow to sort by recently added tracks, etc.

A “Date Track Added" filter would be very useful for me as well. It feels like an odd omission. If I add songs to an album I already had they don’t show up in my recently added playlists becasue the album itself is not new. This seems to happen to me a lot when an artist releases a few singles off an upcoming album that I add to my library. When the full album is eventually releases and I add the missing tracks that album those tracks do not show up in recently added.
This feature exists.
That is not an option for me…but that is exactly what I am looking for!!!

I think it is in the latest beta I’m having trouble finding the commit though. In the server settings you can enable the beta channel if you would like but it should be going to public in like a week or so.
Well thanks for the help! Definitely keep my eye out for that update. That has been my only complain so far with Plex.
