Importing and recognizing .m3u audio playlists?

Can Plexamp read and use m3u playlists?

I’m fairly familiar with Linux and bash scripting. Cool if I make PR as/if I find issues? Been wanting to work towards importing playlists to Plex but never had time to figure out the POST requests.
