While it appears funny at first glance to request such a thing for a software which primarily deals with video, don't forget that there exists something like audio description.
And there is music in Plex too.

Considering all the meta data Plex keeps this should not be too difficult to do...Just make the HTML WAI compliant.
Please help the blind peoples. Plex is a good system and I find that we should be able to use it fine too.
