If you are talking about the language of the movie, then you need to make sure there is a Turkish track in the file. If you mean to see the film’s description and other information, in Plex, then you need to set the library up to use the language. If you edit the library properties you can select the language you want the info to be displayed in.
If you don’t have a Turkish track in the media, then you either need to re-rip it from disk or find the correct source…
