Hello.
I was just wondering, there is a kind of product the official forum, but as I can see there is no tech support there !!!
The product is good, but a support his disgusting !!! Year hangs topic with a question, any individual question or council !!! Now I do not really understand, why spend money on a subscription …

Support is provided through this forum. A Plex Pass is not a paid support model. A Plex Pass gives you additional features and access to some additional forum areas where more tech-minded users can be located.

I’d hazard a guess that most Plex users don’t speak Russian. Not really surprised you didn’t get a response in that section. Harsh but it’s just the way of the world.

What type of support do you require? All I see in this thread is that you aren’t getting any. There are few if any here who are fluent in Russian, so ask your question in English in this thread, and perhaps someone can help you out.

Most of the problems people encounter have been seen by a lot of us already. We can usually find solutions to things that most people encounter.
