I have a paid account on PLEX and everything is fine
But when I tried to enter PLEX in the Android smart screen, all the steps worked:
1- Download the Plex Stream Movies & TV app
2- I entered the application, and it sends me a 4-digit code so that I can link the account / as shown in the picture
3- But when I enter this code on Link | Plex, I get an error message that says:
(The code does not exist or is expired) / As it is clear in the picture and I tried to request a code more than once and the same problem
I request the members of the group to help me in this matter, with great thanks and appreciation
Do you have anything that might block plex.tv/link page from reaching it’s servers? Adblock on your web browser, PiHole, Network firewall? You might try an Incognito window in your browser first to access the Plex.tv/link page. Then I’d try disabling pihole, firewalls or similar network services to see if you can get it done. Once it’s linked you should be able to turn them back on.

Is that exactly what the error message says? It’s a bit different from what I get if I use a bad code.
Totally random guesses - what region/country are you in? Are you using any VPN or other address-masking software?
