Inconsistant UI interactions in the Recording Schedule

I got it all working yesterday and setup some recordings to see how everything works; so far so good recordings are happening and they seem to play back nicely <3

I’ve noticed some ‘inconsistencies’ in the Recording Schedule page (for want of a better term), wondering if this is a bug or whether I’ve caused it in some way…

  1. Heres my Recording Schedule page, as you can see the first 4 recorded items don’t have a play icon, the last two do:

  2. If I click on a recorded items I get a dialog with a close button for the first, second and third listed list this:

  3. The fourth item I get the same dialog, this time though it has a “modify recording” button:

  4. The fifth and six items in the list don’t display a dialog at all, they redirect me to the library they are stored in:

One explanation for points 1, 2, and 3 could be that I moved the files directly in the file system (i.e. not via Plex) after the recordings completed. Maybe the Modify button isn’t showing (point 2) because the ‘series link’ doesn’t seem to have worked?

What is the expected behaviour if you move a recorded show/movie after it has recorded?
Perhaps it is not expected for users to do that, if not how should a user move content after successful recordings?

If you move a recording, Plex will no longer show the play button (as it doesn’t associate the two records). There’s nothing wrong with moving a recording, it just won’t link there, is all.
