Fixed - DVR recordings were added to the library, not sure why the error is showing. 
Still an Issue - Also one other recording happened but is gone from schedule.
Have you previously been able to record programs? Does Plex have write permission to your TV directory?
I’ve recently switched to Unraid so these were the first recordings I’m aware of on the new platform. The recording files are in the TV directory, so I’m guessing it has the write permissions. Not sure why it’s showing errors for two recordings that were moved successfully and one recording is totally gone from the schedule. Bit weird.
EDIT: Found the issue I think. I had a script running but after the move to Unraid, it’s in a different location.
Fixed the error message appearing. Just one show in-particular (Love Island) disappears from the Recording Schedule after it has finished recording. Happened two days in a row. Maybe the original logs might show something? I’ll try grab some new logs tonight if it happens again!
Here’s my schedule for today, will send another screenshot and logs if the show disappears again after recording.

File was moved by Plex to Library Location on Server, so I refreshed the Library and was added to Plex -
