This issue was reported years ago. The original forum thread was automatically/incorrectly closed without the issue being fixed.
I think the same questions as before will apply - can you share the XML info for that file? Does it change if you Analyze the file?
If it’s not effecting playback then there’s nothing to worry about. Particulary with Live TV if it’s direct streaming will say 10Gbps but doesn’t matter.
Either way, need more information.
I’m not sure what file and where to copy it from; as I wasn’t involved in that forum thread. I just monitor Plex bandwidth utilization via Tautulli and found the below Reddit post which pointed me to the other forum post. I’ll see if I can post that xml file here.

This value is used if the actual bandwidth cannot be determined by Plex. Like with live streams for instance.
