Incorrect language is being recorded for OTA broadcasts after conversion

Player Version#: 4.99.2
I have globally set USA English as the default language while recording OTA TV broadcasts.
One CBS daytime show, The Bold and the Beautiful, uses Spanish as SAP.
If I do not “Detect and delete commercials”, there is no problem.
If I do “Detect and delete commercials”, Spanish is always recorded.
I have checked “Automatically select audio and subtitle tracks”.
Can this be fixed?
