After changing my device setting to perform remux, I am not finding that the duration of the video is incorrect. A 30 min recording is showing as over 6 hours. This is the same in plex and a windows based player.
Is this from a channel that may not have very strong signal? Does your recording have artifacts in it? I’ve seen similar things but only when the answer to my previous two questions is “yes”.
I’ve given up with this feature and sent the device back. The hdhome run connect is very unreliable and the fact that there is no way to verify that plex can see a working channel makes it far too hit and miss for me. A lot more work is required. It would be better if it could capture video streams from apps such as TVPlayer. Maybe it would be better for Plex to team up with them. Eventually getting your TV through an aerial is going to become obsolete.
Works fine now with the latest version of PMS and WinTV dual.
