Increase 300mb sample size exclusion filter

Recently I’ve noticed some movie sample files are getting added into my Plex Movie Library. I’ve determined this to be because of their high bitrates, they’re over 300mb, so they aren’t being filtered out. Perhaps either a hardcoded increase in this 300mb threshold, or the option to set it ourselves in the server settings could work.

You should be able to place such samples in a samples folder. From what I read, that should also be ignored (no matter the size); though I haven’t tested this
