Independently set a library's default language of "sort title"

As the title suggest, can we set the sort title language independent from the library language?
In my case, Chinese is the default language of my movie library, but I sort movies with their English titles because the English language is much easier to sort and locate. For now I have to manually edit all the sort titles, It would be great if we can simply change the default sorting language.

I imagine that’s still not very user friendly as you need to remember the English sort title to know where to look for a Chinese title.

Just for your reference, there’s an existing suggestion asking for an option to use Pinyin alphabet for simplified Chinese sorting — in case that’ll make things easier.
