I have one user that when he is using Plex remotely on his iOS devices (iPhone, iPad and mac) he connects with an indirect connection. Other users seem to be able to connect to Plex with a secure connection and are able to watch as normal.
Does anyone have any ideas on what to look into as to why this one remote user is having issues?
