Remote iOS devices connect via Indirect connection

I’ve got a Plex server that when some remote iOS devices connect, these devices default to an indirect connection. While other non-iOS devices from the same remote household internet connection will have a direct connection. I am looking for guidance on how to troubleshoot this issue as I can’t seem to find any guidance online regarding this scenario.

I’ve updated to the newest server version (1.18.7.2457) and the issue is still occurring on iOS hardware.

Anyone have guidance/ideas?
