Hi folks,
I noticed that around 6-12 months ago all of the individual critic reviews disappeared from all of the movies in my library. The overall Rotten Tomatoes rating still appears with the movie (i.e., the 0%-100% aggregate rating) but the scrollable individual reviews from critics that used to be under the individual movie are no longer there.
I apologize if there are other threads around this, but every way I can conceive to search for this issue just brings back threads re: the rating % is/isn’t showing.
This behavior persists across all playback devices I have tested (web player, Plex on Xbox, & Plex on Shield). I’ve checked probably 100 - 200 of my 1k+ movies - no reviews on any of them. All other movie data appears to be pulling and displaying properly, and I haven’t had any other issues with my server or playback.
In terms of troubleshooting I’ve tried bouncing the Plex service, the server, and toggling the review sourcing configuration between the different options - the issue persists through each.
Any ideas?
