Is that normal that after I click on something the spinner icon loads for like 10-30-seconds until I see a picture? Why so slow. I would expect that to be almost instant, like a tv.

Could you tell us a little bit about the hardware you’re running your PMS on and what players you are using to watch? Channel tuning won’t be instant as it goes from the tuner to your PMS for processing, recording (for time shifting), and transcoding, before being sent out to your players.
