Insignia Fire Tv Edition 50" cannot connect to plex server

I have to keep signing out of plex on the Insignia Fire TV Edition and re linking my account to the TV for it to work. If I turn off my PC and then the next night turn on my PC and try to load plex it says cannot find server. I have to sign out in settings and re-link the TV to my account again. Never had any issues with Fire TV sticks or cubes. Just bought this TV 1 weeks ago and has never worked right with plex loading.

I don’t have one of these TVs but it sounds like the app is caching the connection info to your server and your server may be changing IPs, so the connection won’t work anymore. Try setting a static IP for your server so the IP won’t change. You can also try stop forcing the app instead of logging out.
