Since early December I have been having connection problems between my PMS and my Plex client on FireTV. Finally it got bad enough that I looked around Setting and found a message that installation of the latest software update failed. I tried a repair from the installation file but that did not fix the issue. I then tried a new install from the installation file and that also failed, but with a new issue, and Server Unclaimed error. Pressing the “Claim Server” button does not fix the issue.
Now none of my clients see my server.
I then tried an uninstall with Revo uninstaller which removed all registry entries and residual files, then re-installed. Still no change.
A search of the resources on this site points to the possibility of a certificate issue with respect to my account, but I don’t know how to fix that. Can anyone help, please?
