Not able to claim server

My server stopped working recently, so I’ve tried reinstalling and that only seemed to make the problem worse. I am not able to claim the server, which is preventing me from using the server for a TV tuner or any media playback. I found the attached error in the logs, but I am not sure how to resolve. After uninstalling, manually deleting registry keys, manually deleting local app data, the problem persists. The UI presents a message like “Unable to contact Plex”. I am not sure what to do next so any advice is greatly appreciated!

Server Version#: 1.25.0.5246-cb2507e4d
Player Version#: n/a

sample:
ERROR - Error issuing curl_easy_perform(handle): 60
WARN - HTTP error requesting GET https://plex.tv/api/v2/features?X-Plex-Token=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxficate or SSH remote key was not OK) (SSL certificate problem: self signed certificate in certificate chain)

Does Plex have any official support or anything?

Had you installed a custom certificate on your machine?
By simply uninstalling the app, the machine won’t remove all server configurations from your Registry – so if some settings were broken with your initial setup, simply re-installing the PMS app won’t necessarily fix that. If you want to start over, make sure to do a full uninstall of your server first.

Thank you for the response!

No on the custom certs, and agreed on the full uninstall of the server. That’s what I’ve tried now (a few times) and it reverts back to this state after initial setup…

edit:
the particularly crappy thing is, I don’t care about the Library. I’m only using this PMS for a TV tuner, and I can’t install PMS without it prompting me to claim this existing server (which I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled repeatedly).
