All clients able to access server and play media, but unable to access the server settings from either Windows Player or Web Player
Just get message ‘Server Settings are Unavailable’
System has been running flawlessly for almost a year
Resolved, this was traced to Media and Metadata directories have root.root ownership and once chowned to plex.plex and restarting the server it is working again. It is however a mystery why these directories were root.root and / or why it worked previously?
