Installing Plex on Ubuntu 22.04 with Docker and an Intel Gen 11 CPU

I am retiring my Alder Lake Intel system from Plex and went and bought a NUC with a Tiger Lake (Gen 11) CPU instead. Mostly due to wanting a small footprint and lower power usage.

Feedback is welcome. Everything seems to be working well. I just need to migrate my database and everything over, but that is a different problem.

Docker PMS is no longer needed for Hardware HDR tone mapping
