Sharing my library is great but getting less tech savvy people set up can be tedious.
Trying to explain the process of them creating an account then logging in, telling me their email, sending a request, walking them through how to navigate to friends and accept the request to finally get online and access my server is a lengthy process. Proving difficult if they take a wrong turn somewhere.
What I purpose is an “instant invite” system similar to discord that instantly grants them access to the server and gives them a simple prompt to login or create an account if they don’t have one. Sort of a one click solution where I can generate a link, they open it and they’re done.
A request for the same feature exists already, and it has more votes.
