Instant video playback

Hello,
I believe that what people want these days is speed. Now on plex part, it takes a lot of time from pressing play on a video until we have the image on screen.
A good implementation would be to start buffering the video as soon as i hover over what i want to watch, instead of pressing play and waiting, so when i press play, video on screen would be played instantly. I miss this coming from streaming platforms.

It’ll be probably worth looking into what is actually causing this for you.

There’s already a number of related feature suggestions.
One is the same as yours (therefore considering yours a duplicate)…

Pre-Buffer movies before watching

i did't see a form on this subject, if there is i apologies.  I think it would be nice to have this option especially if its over wifi when using a tablet and or chrome-cast. plus you may need it when your on the go when you don't have a good connection.

I don’t think I’ve seen this. I did search, promise! Wouldn’t it be great if whilst during a Preroll the Plex client is buffering the main title bring requested? Would make the Preroll have an extra function and would reduce the ‘buffering’ which so greatly annoys people I mount a cloud drive which hosts my media.
