Intel NUC 2018 not compatible with Plex player?

I installed latest Embedded Intel 64 bits version of PlexMediaPlayer (1.3.11) on SSD drive on Intel Nuc8I3Beh (Intel core i3 8109U)

I am getting the error message when it’s booting:

Waiting on network to come online
FAILED to start Wait on network
See 'systemctl status plex-waitonnetwork.service’ for details
Failed to start org.
Is your GPU supported?

I tried to change in file network_wait:
WAIT_NETWORK=true
WAIT_NETWORK_TIME=10 —>Changed by 50 but do not fix the issue

Is it possible to fix this error?

As of now no. NUCs post Skylake require embedded PMP to be rebased to LE9. There is no ETA for this. From my own testing, many dependencies have been broken and many changes were made to the underlying player mpv. These changes upstream have made updating embedded PMP difficult to say the least.
