Intel Quick Sync artifacting / broken?

Intel 9700k, latest stable unraid, linuxserver container

The encoder side of intel quick sync seems to be broken for me when encoding files that aren’t 8bit x264. I’ve tested with an HDR x265 file, a regular x265 file, and a 10 bit x264 and all show major artifacting with the encoder enabled. If I leave HW decoding enabled but disable HW encoding the issue is fixed.

I installed a different plex container to test if that would fix the encoding issue but it did not.
