Hi!
Just wanted to know what others are using for hi-res quality music playback through PLEX. I currently have PLEX on my Roku, but I dont think the playback is at the same level as the file. Ive archived lots of my favorite music in FLAC format on my computer, and would like to play it back using Plex at the highest possible quality.
Ideas or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!
Just install Plexamp onto your mobile device, and use that to play your audio files via Bluetooth speaker or soundbar.
Has quality settings in the app also for playback
FLAC is a native file type and is decoded at your Roku. See this page.
This would use the built in Roku decoder. I am not sure Roku can passthrough FLAC to another decoder or your receiver.
