Intermittent inability to access Plex (even localhost)

Server Version#: Currently on Version 1.32.0.6950
Player Version#: [all, but lets say Plex Web Version 4.104.2)

Several times a day, Plex just slow downs to the point where it doesn’t respond at all. Usually it comes back up, but this takes minutes to hours. This of course also stops remote access from working. Restarting Plex Server from the taskbar usually fixes it, but only temporarily.

I haven’t figured out a common denominator yet. The Windows Performance looks ok usually, doesn’t matter if 1 or 6 people are watching.

I’m turning on Debug Logging and clearing the logs and will upload next time I know it’s down.

The biggest problem, is that even though I have remote monitoring on my reverse proxy, Plex responds just enough to not trip that alarm, so I never know when it’s ‘down’ until one of my family members says so.

What can I do to continue troubleshooting?
Anything I can do to fix it?

Attached are my logs after it died again. Didn’t come back on its own after almost 5 hours (down:1:46PM), so I manually restarted the Plex process to bring it back up (at 6:26pm).

Any help would be appreciated.

I’m still getting these intermittent unresponsiveness even after updating to Version 1.32.0.6973.

Attached are more logs. It failed to load like 7 times today with various times to come back, either itself or by me manually exiting Plex, with sometimes force closing it from Task Manager.

I am currently on Version 1.32.1.6999 after updating today, with no change in this behavior.

What can I do to stop this?! I’m at my wits’ end.
