Internal server error. Something went wrong on our end **FIXED**

Fixed, I just signed in with the pin instead of username…

Player Version#: Roku TV App (Date: 08/12/19)

I recently got a new computer/server for my music collection. I spent the past couple weeks updating files and folders and cleaning things up, etc… I finally got it all ready, turned on the Plex server, played a few tunes. Then turned on my one Sanyo RokuTv, signed in no problem, tried it with an identical RokuTv, and I got the “Internal server error. Something went wrong on our end.” error.

I have been trying ever since last night and no good. I tried restarting the tv, uninstalling/re-installing the RokuTV Plex channel, nope. Updated to the latest version on both the server and the RokuTV… but it wont allow me to sign in. I am currently signed in on an Android, but not signing out… :slight_smile: What is the problem?

I saw a few other posts from awhile back about this, but they all basically said to sit and wait… Is that the solution to this? Everything was working great up until this point. In fact I was thinking of buy the full version in the near future… now, I am not so sure. Oh, and I did the bone-headed thing of trying to swap TVs to see if that made a difference, nope… and not that TV wont sign back in either.

Any ideas? This is driving me bonkers.
