The intro detection appears to have successfully ran but when I test it in the video player, the skip intro button never appears.
Edit: Noticed you’re using Plex Web on Chrome, which is supported.
Are you using a supported client?

There is no intro detected on this episode.
It appears the intro detection isn’t properly writing to xml then? I’ve ran it on other tv shows and I’m seeing the same problem
Maybe?
Does the episode actually have an intro? (a “recap” is not an intro)
Do at least 20% of the episodes in that season have the same intro?
Does the intro occur within the first 10 minutes of the episode?
Is the intro longer than 30 seconds?

i am running plex media server Version 1.19.3.2852
i have sorted by season selected all season and analysed all season. I check the dashboard and it shows detecting intro with a bar going around it last about a second and goes to the next season. i have Enable intro detection in tv shows library. Its setup to run as a scheduled task and when new media is added.
i am using multiple devices
roku running 6.5.4.6365
nvidia shield running 8.1.0.17967
Android phone running 8.1.0.1.17967
specific tv show i researched shows intro starting a 1:45 and ends at 2:55
it is the exact same intro in 21 of 22 in that season

Another show I analyzed has intros for the entire season. They start immediately and I’m not sure how long they are; but I’m certain they’re shorter then 30 seconds.
Then they are not registered.
That would make sense. I’ll see if I can get it to work with a longer intro.

I’m using the Brave browser. I believe that is the issue. I just tested a show with a longer intro and it’s working so long as I use Plex for Windows. The XML file even looks different depending on which browser I use. Looks like it should have a similar entry to this.

The difference might be not due to the different browsers, but because they were loading different versions of the web app.
Make sure to load the “hosted” app https://app.plex.tv in both.
