Intro detection: unable to find a working transcode profile warning

Server Version#: Version 1.41.6.9685 (running lsio plex docker image running with non root user)

I just happened to be looking at logs when this ran and saw a bunch of warnings being logged when intro detection was running. I have confirmed hardware transcoding is working as i do not see any CPU spikes when I down convert the quality of the episode.
Even this analysis is using about 20% of my CPU.

sudo lspci -v -s $(lspci | grep VGA | cut -d" " -f 1)

So I was curious if these warnings can be ignored or if there is something not working correctly in my setup?
