Plex needs to introduce proper technical support so that issues are picked up and resolved properly. Expecting the user forums to do this is not acceptable and is causing huge amounts of frustration. I have logged issues and they are not resolved. I have paid for a Plex Pass and need some technical support.
While I tend to agree with you, this is the support model you agreed to when you paid for your Plex Pass.
Plex doesn’t have the resources to have dedicated, full time, always available tech support. And believe it or not, there are a lot of people with more than a fair amount of knowledge on these forums. Not even considering the “Ninjas” that Plex has promoted. (Who are volunteers, BTW.) or folks like myself and scores of others who do a lot of support as well.

The iPad has had some hit or miss issues with syncing, and I’m not sure if it’s working now or not. I don’t own any of them, (and won’t but that’s beside the point.) So I honestly haven’t any idea if they are working for most people or not. My advice is: Make a NEW post in either the iOS forum, being specific about the problem, include log files and the OS Version, PMS Version and perhaps the XML of the offending file(s).

And you were advised in that thread by @sa2000 to post in the appropriate forum. Log files would help, as well as OS version number, PMS version number and any other pertinent details. (How to reproduce this problem?)
Your next problem is here: https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/comment/1214723/#Comment_1214723 which you say in the post that it has been resolved. This had to do with an error on your drive mappings and duplicate shows still showing up on your library even after they were deleted. Once you resolved the problem with duplicate mappings, your issue was resolved, I guess?
All three of these issues were tacked onto someone else’s posts, not your own, so you either didn’t know or didn’t care to supply the information needed to help you resolve them. (For your 2 outstanding ones, that is.) Since you didn’t make the original posts, nor include any log files or relevant information, no one is able to help you in any way. Once you supply the info someone needs to help, and give some particulars, I expect you to get some traction on your issues. As it sits now it’s a crap shoot if someone can nail your problems down.
And this post. Polls can be a good thing. If they are well thought out, include options that people might honestly want to voice an opinion on, and are directly fed back to the Plex Team. In other words, I feel polls should be limited to the Team itself and not the general users on the forum. Polls should be made by the team to see how the users feel about Plex itself. Either what’s coming, or what’s outstanding. (IMO)
