Invalid Request

Hi guys,

For some odd reason I keep getting “invalid request” when I try and run the Plex Media Manager from my taskbar. The address in the Chrome address bar is “http://127.0.0.1:32400/web”.

I am running on Windows 7 Home Basic.

The funny thing is that a few days ago it used to work properly, just suddenly I started getting the “invalid request” error in Chrome. I even uninstalled Plex, re-installed it, and even tried the Repair option but to no avail.

If someone needs to see the logs, please let me know how to get it as I have no idea how to get them.

I have a WD ShareSpace NAS attached on my network, however as I said, when the Plex Manager worked I still had my NAS connected on the network.

I even tried disabling the IPV6 from my network settings and through a command line which I found on some forums but the Plex Manager still refuses to work.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

I even tried replacing 127.0.0.1 with the IP on which PLEX is installed (192.168.1.25) but that did not help either.

Fixed it. Turns out I was using port 32400 in uTorrent which was causing this issue. To all others who have a similar problem, just check if port 32400 is not being used by any other program.
