Invalid request trying to open server

This is on a windows 10 machine. It was working fine until about a month ago and then my HDD with the OS died. I reinstalled Windows, reinstalled PMS and it worked for about a day and then it started failing. When I try to go to the server (http://127.0.0.1:32400/web) I just get a white page saying “invalid request.” I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, repaired all multiple times and it never works for more than a day.
I’ve seen others with similar issues through the years but none seem to have resolutions. Please help me on this.

I’ve tried completely blowing away my server, data etc and upon reinstall on the initial start of the service I still get this error. Don’t even get a chance to set up the new server, sign in or anything. This is getting ridiculous; what’s the point of my plex pass if my issues are being ignored and I can’t even use the app for almost a month now? Please help me out!

Fixed it. Turns out I was using port 32400 in uTorrent which was causing this issue. To all others who have a similar problem, just check if port 32400 is not being used by any other program.
