Unable to reach http://127.0.0.1:32400/web

Hi,

I dont know why but since about 2 week i cant reach http://127.0.0.1:32400/web or http://localhost:32400/web. It doenst matter what browser i use, tried MS Edge (chromium), Google Chrome, firefox and good old IE. MS Edge gives back “invalid request”.

I’ve uninstalled and reainstalled Plex Server multiple times, cleaned out the registry but nothing seems to some the problem.

Server Version#: PlexMediaServer-1.19.3.2764-ef515a800-x86

try replacing 127.0.0.1/localhost with the real IP address of the machine on which
PMS is running. If, for example, the IP address of the PMS running machine is
192.168.1.44, then:

http://192.168.1.44:32400/web

Tried it but no succes.

I am experiencing the same issue today. When I started the Media Server on my Windows PC host, it said a server update was available. So, I installed it. However, following that, I was unable to launch the Media Server, or connect to it. My system just continued to try to access the URL address in the subject of this thread. And, since I cannot get into my server, I cannot check for alerts, or check my settings. Any advice would be appreciated.

For all of you. Please get me the logs from your server using the manual method mentioned in https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/. Just zip the entire folder and provide that to me.

plex logs.zip (3.0 MB)

I dont know if there will be much in them, its a clean install on my end but here you go

@natalshark - Your logs look fine. 1.19.3 got installed properly. PMS appears to be running just fine. But somehow the calls to 127.0.0.1 are not going through. This can be caused by some sort of security program on your server machine. Try turning off any virus/malware/internet security type programs and see if that helps.

Turned off both my F-secure internet security and windows firewall. made no differance.

Turn the Windows firewall back on and make sure port 32400 is open.
