Hi! Could someone please approve my access to the Nvidia Shield beta app? I think I’ve been waiting close to 2 weeks and I want to check out the grid view. Thanks!
I just received my confirmation email, but none of the links in it work.
https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.plexapp.android says I don’t have access, and in the email there is a section “If you don’t see the beta area or you get a message about permissions, visit forums.plex.tv/sso to get things synced up for your account.” but that address goes to a 404 error, as well as https://forums.plex.tv/categories/beta-builds

I get the same, got confirmation email, then link says “app not available for this account”.
and the other links in email don’t work.
Seems like it’s not just me! I see an old post with the SSO link from June, where someone said that solved their issue, but nothing after that. On another post in the forums here someone told me that SSO link should not be needed anymore. I’m thinking something broke between June and September here with the beta program…
We send the email once your account has been marked on our end. Sometimes it takes Google a little while to catch on. Is the Google link still not working now?

Any sign ups from September should have been processed. Maybe try signing up again. Remember, we need your Google Store email if that is different from your Plex account email.
