IOS 9.3.5 issues

I upgraded PLEX on my iPad 2. It now crashes at launch.
-I have IOS 9.3.5
-I reinstalled PLEX
-I factory reset my device and reinstalled PLEX
—Still happening

I only use this device to watch PLEX. PLEX states IOS 9.3 is supported. Any Ideas?
