iOS App & Chromecast or Rasplex/Plex Media Player for Rasperry Pi3

Hi Together,

Im currently running my Plex Media Server on a QNAP TS451 with 4GB Memory.

Currently I am using the Plex App for iOS (iPad Air 2), which works well, to stream my content to chromecast (the old one) to have it on my large LG 55" Smart TV (Model 2012).

Now I am thinking of using a Rasperry Pi3 with eiter Rasplex or Plex Media Player to stream my movies/Tv-Series with higher quality and Dolby 5.1 Support.

Do you recommend using Rasplex or PMP for Rasperry Pi3? - (does any of these support the Rotten Tomatoes Ranking which i currently have for my movies via iOS App?)

Or shall I keep running iOS & Chromecast?
